Wear-resistant ceramic adhesive, also known as AB adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive specifically designed for affixing wear-resistant ceramic sheets or liners onto equipment substrates to provide wear-resistant protection.

It is widely used in the bonding of various ceramic plates and metal under the condition of 150℃, such as coal transport, pulverization, ash discharge, dust removal system of thermal power plant, and the feed, batching system of smelting iron and steel plant, hopper, silo, wear-resistant pipe, elbow, ball mill, etc.

Product Feature

The professional modification heat-resistance and toughened resin as main resin A,  and curing agent B together, need to be mixed in accordance with a certain proportion of adhesive, so it is sometimes called wear-resistant ceramic AB adhesive.

1. Fast-setting type, low odor, fast curing at room temperature, high bonding strength.

2. A, B components mixed into paste with thixotropy and medium viscosity. The mixture exhibits temperature resistance ranging from -60 to 150℃.

Usage Method And Notice

1. Eliminate oil, dust, and rust from the adhesive surface, roughen it by grinding, and cleanse it with acetone, ethyl acetate, and other cleaning agents before drying.

2. A, B components according to the weight ratio of 1:1 with glue, stir evenly to make the color consistent, evenly coated on the treated surface to be glued, and then close the two contact surfaces and apply contact pressure, after 8 to 10 hours, can basically reach the structural strength, can be used and mobile.

3. This glue, after being mixed, under the condition of 25℃, the application period is about half an hour.

4. Each glue should not be used too much; after mixing, it should be used up as soon as possible. Glue gel time is also related to temperature; the higher the temperature, the faster the gel.

5. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes, and accidentally adhered to the skin, which can be cleaned with alcohol or soap, and then cleaned with water. In case of eye contact, wash immediately with water and seek medical attention.
