Why Choose Us

★High strength and wear resistance
★Excellent after-sales service.
★Free samples for testing.
★We can supply 92% alumina balls, 80% alumina balls, 75% alumina balls and 68% alumina balls.

Compared with high alumina balls, 68% alumina has a better price advantage, which can save production costs.
68 alumina balls have a small specific surface area and a high filling rate, which can reduce dielectric loss, reduce energy consumption, and improve efficiency under the same conditions.

Knowledge Tips

Alumina grinding ball proportion:
The alumina balls' proportion is different for different capacities of ball mills. In general, the conventional proportion is as below:
Ball mill capacity(MT) Ground raw materials Proportion
>15MT Green Body Φ30: Φ40:Φ50:Φ60
2:3:3:2    or   2:4:3:1
2.5MT, 5MT Glaze Φ30: Φ40:Φ50:Φ60
3:4:2:1

Wear-loss testing method of alumina ball:
This method is the Chinese domestic testing method, putting alumina ball samples into a polyurethane jar, and testing the wear loss in the unit time.
1. Put 4kg alumina ball and 4L water into the grinding jar, put the jar into the testing machine, grinding 2h on the revolution of 80 r/min. Take out the samples dry them and get weight M1.
2. Put the above samples again into the jar, add 4L water, grinding 24h on the same revolution of 80 r/min.
3. Take out the samples dry and get weight M2.
4. Testing the average diameter of the samples, get average diameter D.
5. Wearloss calculation:
Empirical formula: EWT(%o)= (M1-M2)M1/24 /100*1000*D
