1. The storage location of Sic refractory boards must be kept dry and away from moisture.
2. The placement of Sic refractory boards should avoid flat stacking and should be arranged vertically and neatly.
3. Due to the spraying of aluminum oxide coating on the surface of the Sic refractory board, it should be placed at the kiln edge for drying before use.
4. To ensure the long-term use of Sic refractory boards without damage, the items to be burned should be loaded into the kiln after drying.
5. After applying the glaze, the glaze that comes into contact with the refractory board should be wiped clean.
6. When building silicon carbide boards, the placement of refractory columns should be kept vertical to ensure that the boards are evenly and evenly stressed.
7. Users should design the firing curve to meet normal operating conditions, and should not use rapid heating or cooling.
8. When cooling, slow cooling should be used to avoid using cold air for rapid cooling, which may affect the service life of the refractory board.
9. Be careful when moving down the kiln, avoid manual handling in high temperatures, and avoid collisions.
